A relaxed, interactive fine-art experience where your most important people become works of art. Each guest is painted live in a fun, fashion-inspired watercolour style on a postcard-sized card — individually packaged and ready to take home as a personalised keepsake.
How it works
Darcy sets up at a dedicated table during cocktail hour or the reception. Guests come over when they like, have a quick photo taken, and return to the celebration while their portrait is created. For larger events, photos can be taken earlier so painting continues discreetly — ensuring every guest is included without interrupting the flow of the day.
Guest Portrait Pricing
| Minimum booking — 3 hours | $1,000 |
| Each additional hour | $200 |
| Maximum booking — 8 hours | $2,000 |
Custom inscription with client name and wedding date, or business logo for corporate events: $2 per guest.
On average approximately 10 guests can be painted per hour. This is an estimate and may vary depending on the event.
Travel — Guest Portraits
- South East Queensland — no travel fee
- Interstate Australia — quoted individually on request
- International is NOT listed for guest portraits per Darcy's instruction.
